Exchange & Return Policy

At VILAR, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you need to exchange or return an item, we’re here to help make the process as seamless as possible.

1. Inspection Upon Delivery (معاينة عند الاستلام)

You have the right to inspect and check your items in the presence of the courier representative before accepting the package.
If you decide not to receive the order during inspection, you only pay the delivery fee to the courier.

2. Exchange Policy (الاستبدال)

Timeframe: Exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of receiving your order.
Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with all tags and original packaging attached.
Size Exchange: If you need a different size, we will send the new size with a courier who will collect the returned item at your doorstep.
Fees: Customer pays the exchange shipping fee, unless the exchange is due to a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item sent by us.

3. Return Policy (الاسترجاع)

Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 14 days from the delivery date.
Condition: Items must be in their original, unused condition, with tags and original packaging.
Refund Method: Once the returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed via InstaPay / Mobile Wallet (Vodafone Cash, Orange Cash, etc.) or Bank Transfer within 3–5 business days.
Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. The return shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Items marked as Final Sale or purchased during specific flash clearance events (unless defective).
Items that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage after delivery.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.
We will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund including all shipping fees at no extra cost to you.
